Power Hub Recovery USB

If Power Hub gets factory reset, this contains last known Tumble Towers config.

How to restore config:

Plug USB in to a computer. Find `powerhub/powerhub-config-2026-08-18.bin`
Connect computer to PowerHub by Ethernet.
PowerHub defaults to 192.168.1.1.
Log into the PowerHub using credentials on its label.
Open Configuration.
Load powerhub-config-2026-08-18.bin.
Backup password is stored separately.

Expected LAN after recovery:
Gateway: 10.20.30.1
Subnet:  10.20.30.0/24

Notes: Configuration export works in Safari; Chrome failed to download it.
